Regarding the processing of personal data, TRAVILA acknowledges that data protection legislation establishes various obligations, in particular the prohibition of transferring personal data without the corresponding authorization of the data subject. To this effect, TRAVILA undertakes to:

• Prior Authorization:
  Obtain and duly store the explicit and unequivocal consent of clients prior to transferring any personal data. Data subjects will be informed at the moment their data is first communicated to third parties, including the nature of the data, the name and address of the recipient, the purpose of the transfer, the type of activity carried out by TRAVILA, the possibility of revoking consent, and any other requirement established by applicable data protection regulations.
• Indemnification:
  Hold the client harmless from any damages resulting from the breach of obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions, particularly those arising from claims made by any individual before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) regarding  noncompliance with current personal data protection laws.
• Data Deletion:
  Delete clients’ personal data when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected.

These obligations also apply to TRAVILA’s employees and collaborators, who will likewise be held responsible in case of non-compliance.

The confidentiality obligations established in these Terms and Conditions shall remain in force indefinitely, continuing after the termination of the relationship between TRAVILA and the client, regardless of the reason for termination.

For optimized image delivery, the tool “cloudimage.io” provided by Scaleflex SAS is used. In this process, the IP addresses of website visitors and the images you use on your homepage are processed by Scaleflex SAS.
